Synercore recently handed over a donation to founder Jaco van der Linde, supporting Trail Therapy, a programme using mountain biking to support the mental health of learners aged 10-14 in under-resourced school communities across the Helderberg Basin. Through weekly rides, mindfulness, and mentorship, these young people build emotional regulation, focus, confidence, and resilience on a bike, in a place where they finally feel safe.
We believe in investing in the wellbeing of the next generation, and we're honoured to get more kids on bikes and out in nature.
