Synercore cares

We are honoured to be a part of the incredible impact these organisations have on the health and wellbeing of thousands of people.

At Synercore, we are committed to conducting business in a socially responsible way. It's our goal to consistently consider the needs of our employees, the environment, and our country's youth. We are proud to provide sponsorships, impart knowledge, and participate in fundraising events for a variety of community organisations. Since 2019, we have implemented various social entrepreneurship initiatives aimed at creating sustainable solutions for the nutrition problem. In addition to that, we are also dedicated to the skills development of our internal employees, and the success of women-led product innovation in South Africa.

Training & Education

Developing the next generation

As a research partner of the University of Stellenbosch Centre for Food Safety, we support critical research, expert insights, and science-based food regulations. Through postgraduate bursaries, postdoctoral fellowships, learnerships, and internships, we equip young professionals with the skills and experience needed to excel in the industry.

We also invest in continuous learning and leadership development for our employees, focusing on emotional intelligence, team motivation, and leadership skills - shaping the future of food science while positioning Synercore as a preferred employer.

Nutrition

Addressing food security challenges

We are committed to addressing food security challenges by supporting initiatives that provide nutritious meals to those in need. Through training, ingredient donations, kitchen equipment sponsorships, and nutritional guidance, we help empower food programs to make a lasting impact. Our efforts also include regular donation drives to support communities and promote sustainable food solutions.
