Synercore marks its 10-year anniversary in 2026, celebrating a decade of measured, strategic growth that has seen the company become an integral part of Africa's food ingredient and manufacturing ecosystem.

Founded in 2016 as a locally owned specialist ingredient supplier, the group has evolved into a multi-division food technology group that plays an indispensable role in the production process of some of the most trusted food brands.

According to CEO Dr. Tertius Cilliers: "As Synercore marks its ten-year anniversary, we reflect on a decade shaped by resilience and collaboration. We didn't set out to be the biggest. We set out to be a trusted and essential partner in the industry. Ten years later, we're proud to be part of the products that millions of people eat every day, without them even knowing we were there."

Today, Synercore operates across multiple interconnected areas of the ingredient supply chain including product formulation and application, contract blending, milling, extrusion, and research and development. The group currently serves over 160 customers and manufactures more than 30,000 MT of product per annum across the group.

Looking ahead, Synercore's Vision 2031 is to strengthen its leadership in the food industry, advancing innovative formulations and sustainable nutrition solutions that shape the future of food.
